Hi Than. My fiancee and i want to buy a house to flip. We have some money for the 20% down that banks reccomend, but we dont have enough money for the rehab of the house. I am a real estate agent and I met Paul at a wedding in East Haven. I was wondering if you have any advice for us. We are looking at a multi family house in West Haven, but it needs work. We continue to look but we are worried about the money we need to fix it . eager to start but a little nervous. Any advice would help or recommendations. Thanyou Steven Troiano.
