Scott is the EXPERT in the self storage sector, a sector of the real estate business often called “recession proof!” Scott owns self storage units all over the country and manages it from his home office with very little help. He started out buying single family and multi-family rental properties like many of us and then transitioned into buying Self Storage facilities. He will go through his transition and I can tell you he did not have a lot of capital so he did his first few deals very creatively.
