Great boost to get out there. We have two hard money lenders and are venturing out to start with private lenders. It’s always good to be one step ahead!
Thanks, Nancy

Great tips! Thanks! How do you get loans on property you already own free and clear to finance your next deal? Banks aren’t doing this type of lending.

Will I be able to hear it another time?

I’ve recently gone through a bankruptcy. I have NO cash reserves at all to contribute to any project.
How do I convince a private lender that I am still a worthwhile risk? Thanks. Roger

Great video! Now, the million dollar question – how do you find your private lenders? What terms and rates do you typically offer? I would be able to so many more deals with several good sources of private lenders. I have, by networking, located one or two for small amounts. I would like to located private lenders with larger amounts available.
Thanks for all the good info!

On private money, do you market the house before it’s done, or have other investors ready or find a rent to own for more than six months?
