Very informative, but how do I get MLS access? The agents I work with guard that access and I can’t figure out how to get it without becoming an agent myself.

I am using Windows Vista and Internet Explorer. At the bottom right corner of my screen there is a little drop down menue that normally says 100%. Click on the down arrow and you can change the size of the image on the screen. I had the same problem until I discovered this.

I would suggest you find a small one or two person office and get to know the broker. If they trust you, they may be willing to give you access like an assistant in their office. A personal relationship and trust is the key, and don’t go telling people about this as the realtor could have problems.
Just a couple of thoughts.
