    Had a BPO this morning…followed most of this stuff and it went off without a hitch. The agent even told me before he left what he was putting in for the BPO value…ended up being right where I needed it.

    Very good article….my experience is that NOW many banks are taking full blown appraisals from us as soon as the BPO is assigned and we are getting 90% of the deals closed with that….it is the best 340. we ever spent….in the past month we have gotten 17 out of 20 deals done that WERE DEAD in the water beforehand….And thanks for the baseball bat idea!!!
