I am interested in working with an investor. I have found properties that are good deals here in Stockton, Ca. I am looking to barrow at least $50,000.00 to make an offer on a residential home for resale.
What I want to do is make an offer on the property. Buy the property fix it up. If it needs new carpet, paint, hardware floors, tile, new fixtures, etc. What I do not want bad roof, foundation that has cracks, termites, etc.. I am pretty sure you get the idea.
I am also a memebr at Realtytrac.com and other places. I do see foreclosures when I am out in the bout. Darn I wish I had money.
