In this case study, I walk you through a Subject-To-Deal that we flipped to another investor. The property is located in Charlotte, NC and resulted in a $7,500 profit! The deal took less than 4-weeks from purchase to sale. The client found me through our bandit sign campaign. We had every intention of rehabbing and retailing this house but ended up selling the deal because there were several investors interested in buying it from us before we even closed on the purchase. Not a bad payday four weeks later, especially considering had less than $10,000 invested in it! I wish we could make 75% returns every month!
