In this case study, I walk you through a Rehabbing property that is our biggest and best rehab to date. There was 4 feet of water in the basement and tons of mold throughout. Sounds pretty scary, huh? However, that did not stop us from moving forward with this project. The deal took 119 days from start to finish and we made $48,618.05 in total profit. This deal was an REO Sale on the MLS but I will share how we were able to acquire the deal before it even hit the MLS (in a matter of minutes).
