Steve Hall, CEO and President of FindFAST Real Estate, LLC, and Real Estate Solutions Group, LLC, is operating one of premier real estate short sale and rehab companies on the West Coast. Based in Northern California, Steve and his team of highly trained and dedicated team members focus on working with distressed homeowners, getting short sales done and in some cases, purchasing properties for them to do the rehab on. Although based in Northern California, Steve and his companies are working on and have successfully closed many deals in states including California, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii, Washington and other western states well as in Texas, Florida and Georgia. Working “virtually” allows his team to be able to work with homeowners, other investors and realtor partners in negotiating these deals. Currently Steve’s companies close between 1-2 deals a month and goal is to close 1 a week by 2011. Joining the mastery program in July 2009, with some training prior to Mastery, Steve has been able to learn from Mastery “how to work on his business” rather than “work in his business, allowing him more than triple his company’s earnings in less than a year. Learning and utilizing the some of the systems aspects in the Mastery program, his expertise and ability to take this information from Mastery, apply these key concepts to market, train and outsource tasks. This has allowed him to flourish in one of the toughest real estate markets today. His team currently includes a negotiator, personal assistant, contractors, hard money lenders, private money lenders, escrow officers in several companies and several VA’s. He loves to network with other Mastery students and has done several joint ventures with other Mastery students.
