Is today the day you decide to start investing in real estate?

With interest rates still on the low side, real estate continues to be one of the best places to invest your money.  However, real estate investors are often given conflicting advice.  10 investors will suggest to you to invest in a certain neighborhood, while 10 other – equally successful – investors will tell you that same neighborhood is a bad idea.  How do you decipher the truth? You must depend on the numbers.

If you want to purchase a property in a specific area and  you’ve done your due diligence and research, you should feel comfortable pulling the trigger.  This is not to say you shouldn’t seek direction from other professionals, you just need to take their advice with a grain of salt.
