    • Please use the affiliates name and or product to search our knowledge base. You can typically find all the information you need by searching. If you are unable to find the information you need in the search, please email us at support@fortunebuilders.com, chat with us, or you can call us at 888-807-9964.

  • I recently purchased a product from you. What is the status of my shipment?
    • If you have purchased a product from a webinar or at an event but were unable to take the product home with you, your product will be shipped from our fulfillment house in Florid. Please allow 5-7 business days for your product to arrive. Once the shipment has been placed with our fulfillment company you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Who do I contact for questions regarding my Fbflow account?
    • Please send any questions regarding your FBFlow / Openroad account directly to realeflow. You can reach them by emailing support@realeflow.com

  • I’m not receiving emails, am I on your email list?
    • There may be emails in your spam/junk box. Generally, if this is the case you are able to add us to your “contacts” by right clicking on the email address you received this email from (info@FortuneBuilders.com) and saving it to your Contacts. If you do not have any emails in your spam/junk box you will need to select the option in your email browser which adds the contact to your “whitelist”, or “friends” of contacts (people you actually WANT to receive email from)
