JD Esajian, star of A&E’s hit TV show “Flip This House,” is head project manager of CT Homes LLC, a multi-million dollar real estate investing company located in New Haven, CT and as well as a national speaker with FortuneBuilders Inc, a real estate educational training company. He, along business partner Than Merrill and brother Paul Esajian are some of the nation’s most successful investors and are considered elite experts in buying, fixing, and selling properties.

JD’s strong work ethic combined with his systematic no-nonsense strategies are what have allowed him to manage 15-20 rehab projects (consisting of 50+ contractors) simultaneously! His vast renovating experience includes single family homes, multi-family residences, as well as commercial property and ranges from minor cosmetic rehabs all the way to full teardowns and everything in between. Over the past few years JD has flipped over 300 properties throughout the country with an average profit of over $30,000.

JD Esajian is originally from California, where he studied business at The University Of Southern California and graduated from California State University Fresno with a degree in Economics.
