Konrad Sopielnikow, COO of CT Homes, LLC and Co-Founder of FortuneBuilders Inc. is the “brains” behind the set up, growth, and management of the company’s infrastructure and its business systems. His business insight and his expertise in technology and legal systems provided a foundation for dynamic growth and rapid expansion of CT Homes and FortuneBuilders. He’s also headed up Private Money Investor Relations, raising and allocating financing for 100+ CT Homes deals. With a passion for staying ahead of industry trends, Konrad currently focuses on expanding Company’s web presence!

Konrad was born in “one of the most beautiful historic cities of Europe” (Krakow, Poland) and moved with his family to the USA in 1992. He attended Yale University, playing football alongside fellow “Bulldog” Than. After graduating, he went on to play Pro football in Kiel, Germany before turning to the States! Konrad LIVES for adventure, especially international travel and the adrenaline rush that comes with discovering new places, peoples, cultures and experiences! An avid outdoor sportsman you can often find him exploring the forests and hills of Connecticut on his mountain bike or on foot; or cruising the windy asphalt roads of New England on his motorcycle!
