In fact, if you need cash like you need oxygen then there is no better business to learn than wholesaling. On average it takes most of my students 30-60 days to get their first wholesale check. So if you want to make money now and not a year from now then you need to understand the power of wholesaling properties. I always say you want to take care of your cash flow wholesaling properties not buying rentals because it takes a lot less work and you make a lot more money.
