Everyone always asks me how long it takes to make money investing in real estate. Well, most traditional methods of investing you buy and hold the property or buy, fix, and sell the property. Well, most of these methods take six months or more to produce a check. If you need cash now then you need a different strategy. In fact, if you need cash like you need oxygen then there is no better business to learn than wholesaling. On average it takes most of my students 30-60 days to get their first wholesale check. So if you want to make money now and not a year from now then you need to understand the power of wholesaling properties. I always say you want to take care of your cash flow wholesaling properties not buying rentals because it takes a lot less work and you make a lot more money.
