FortuneBuilders has hired Michelle Kruse as the Director of Learning and Training Development. The appointment of Ms. Kruse, an expert in e-Learning and online education, signals the continued commitment and emphasis on developing world-class education and training for students of the leader in real estate investment education.

In her new role, Kruse will spearhead FortuneBuilders e-Learning resources and develop new systems, tools and platforms for teaching investors how to build a real estate business.

Kruse has over 15 years of industry experience and a wealth of knowledge that will immediately benefit FortuneBuilders students. Most recently, Kruse was the Associate Vice President of Learning and Development at Bridgepoint Education. She was instrumental in the development of innovative learning products and implementing a learning platform for employee engagement and retention. Kruse was also Associate Director of Operations Compliance Training at The University of Phoenix, the largest online higher education institution in North America.
Kruse has a Masters in Organizational Management and her proven track record and experience in developing accredited education systems will further advance offerings by FortuneBuilders and will be a key component to the continuing success of their students.
