HMT Homes LLC in Kaneohe, HI
Wil Horie with Tad Horie

Right after joining FB Mastery, I called an old friend to share the good news of my involvement with an awesome group of real estate investors that were looking for properties to buy, repair and re-sell. The next weekend, while attending FB's immersion workshop, his sister-in-law who is a realtor called to tell me that there was an early Monday morning 'contractors open house' which I attended with the 'Deal Analyzer' and made a cash offer of $675K. But being new to FB, we decided to get funding from Grand Coast Capital for 70% of the purchase and $75K for the repairs. Within 5 months were were completed with the repairs and listed the property for $989K. After a full offer fell out, we accepted the next offer at $969K in August and after a 40 day period, we closed on September 8, 2017.

Case Study

How did the FortuneBuilders team and resources help you to accomplish this deal?

Coach Bret Alford was extremely helpful with sharing his experiences and making suggestions on managing contractors and others involved in the project. Grand Coast Capital was a bit slow in getting started, but Joe Zaniboni and Cassie Coughlin came through with flying colors.
