We found this deal through a call from one of our bandit signs. The seller wanted out quickly so we used an HML who could close in less than 3 weeks. Inside we scraped the ceilings and removed all lighting and plumbing fixtures, appliances and a few walls. We had custom cabinets built for the kitchen and both baths adjusting the layout in the process. New vinyl plank flooring was laid throughout the home with the exception of the bathrooms, that had newer tile floors where we only needed to clean the grout. On the outside, we put in a new sidewalk, repaired the driveway, added landscaping, had a privacy fence installed and dressed up the front with new shutters and front door. It was a total transformation.
