This home was a near foreclosure and in very sad repair when we purchased it. The previous owner had dozens of old cars on the near 1/2 acre flat lot, along with many abandoned campers. The roof was saggy, the stucco needed repair, and the upgrades he had started were really not ideal. Plus the odd door coming off the front entered into a bedroom. We changed the floor plan, upgraded everything and have now sold it to some amazing owners who hired us to finish the basement post-close. This house was done right AND the buyers are happy!
