We received a call in response to our direct mail campaign from a women who had recently lost her husband. Her health was not good, and the house was more than she could afford to maintain. The minute we saw the Cape Cod we fell in love with it. The house was very cluttered, but we could see the heart of pine wood flooring throughout the first floor. The exterior was fine, but the roof needed new shingles. Overall the interior needed a fresh update - paint, light fixtures, appliances and bathrooms. After completion, we invited the previous owner to come take a look at what we had done. She loved it and wished that she could move back in!
