This was Integrity Homes and FLIN Property Solutions first joint venture project. FLIN Property Solutions found the property and was looking for direction to rehab the property. Since Integrity Homes was already established with all of it's resources such as, realtors, contractors, etc., it was agreed upon that Integrity Homes would take the lead. Both companies worked extremely well together and produced a gorgeously remolded home.

How did the FortuneBuilders team and resources help you to accomplish this deal?

Rebekah Spahn with FLIN properties solutions reached out on the facebook mastery site for other investors in the North Central Florida area. Kelly Powers with Integrity Homes responded to her request. We started communicating through facebook and eventually met up at a boot camp in Orlando, FL. Integrity Homes and FLIN Properties hit it off from the beginning and worked extremely well together. The rehab came out beautifully and sold before ever hitting the MLS. Hopefully there will be a future JV for Integrity Homes and FLIN Property Solutions in the near future!
