We found the deal through a local wholesaler that has us on their email list. When this deal came out the numbers jumped off the page right away and we were able to obtain the property shortly thereafter. This property required an addition due to it being less than 1000 sq ft when we purchased it. This particular deal happened to include a set of architectural addition plans with it which saved us a little bit of money. We put a 570 SF addition on the home that included a plethora of upgraded. New A/C, tankless wh, electrical, plumbing, stucco, added carport, windows, flooring, lighting, etc... No stone was left unturned. We ended up getting a full price offer 6 days after listing the home!
