We worked with the Passive Income Club and NCH to set up a Solo K and identify an appropriate market for rentals. We choose the Quad City area based on the stability of the area and areas within. rnThe property management company, Easy Street, was chosen for their knowledge of the area and they came recommended by the Passive Income Club. rnThis also allowed us to buy two properties, one for cash, and one at 50%. This will allow us to pay down the loan for the second property at an accelerated pace.rn
