New Construction: We purchased the land off the MLS for $276,500.00 in March of 2017. Started construction in June after obtaining all plans and permits. We completed construction in April of 2018 after many setbacks from the weather, change orders, and contractor disagreements. We listed the property on April 21st and held our first open house on Saturday, April 28th. The first people to walk through the door were early and just in the neighborhood looking at other properties. By Sunday morning, we had a full asking price offer with 50% down at $875,000 and we accepted. We just closed yesterday, June 12th, 2018. Throughout the process, we realized a hole in the Nashville market and created a niche for ourselves. We are so excited for our future endeavors.
