This was a solid deal from beginning to end. 1151 Oakview was the second property we purchased from an elderly gentleman looking to cash out on his rental properties. After much negotiation and time spent sitting with him on the porch of his car dealership, we struck a deal at a number slightly higher than we were originally comfortable with. However, we had developed a great relationship with the seller and it made it all worth it.
