While in the process of closing on an eight-unit property in the DFW area our lender, Tony Gamboa with Zinc Financial told us that once closed he had another property he wanted us to look at. We closed in DFW and then took a look at Tony's lead if was for this 18 unit complex in Fresno California. We didn't have a property manager in the Fresno area so we began calling and interviewing local property managers until we found one we liked. We are now a couple of weeks since closing and the deal is doing well.
