Purchased from a property foreclosure auction which allowed property previewing prior to auction starting date. Knew going into project minor cosmetic repairs, flooring, landscaping were all musts on this property. Initially plumbing was an issue. Property had a tank less water heater that had been improperly winterized which ruined the unit. Install new standard gas water heater required rerouting water lines, ventilation. Installed new beautiful entry door, kitchen sink with faucets and disposal, drywall repair, painting, flooring, re-seeded lawn and added tree and repaired security system and CAT5 wiring. Beautiful end results just missed the mark with location and school which hurt the resale slightly.
