We brokered a real estate home owner deal for a family member. They currently had a two bedroom town home that they owned. The new house that they were buying they needed more money down than what was expected. They owed 41,000k on the town home. We negotiated owner financing with them and gave them 10,000 cash. We put $7,000 in renovation. We also had them to refinance the loan at 3.25% making the note with taxes $276 a month with taxes and insurance on a 30 year note. We are currently renting it for $900
