This was another HUD property. It is located in one of the better school districts in our area. This actually a 3/2 condo which at face value the condo fees alone make it not an attractive deal; however to me the appreciation value in this area has a lot of potentials. This condo was purchased as a short-term hold maybe two years to let it appreciate and then sell. There is a $500 association fee a month on it! We purchased this for $39,000 and put $15,000 in renovation.
