We bought this one story, 3 beds and 2 baths property from a local wholesaler in the city of Port Saint Lucie, Florida. The property has approximately 1600 square feet and it was built in 1989. The property is located in a great and peaceful neighborhood. Structural repairs were not needed, however, the kitchen was fully renovated. Bedrooms and bathrooms were given a cosmetic touch. Every other part of the part was painted and cleaned, making the finished project even better than we imagined. Now, this property is part of our rental portfolio with two amazing tenants! We decided to use the services of a property management company to handle the rental process.
