We were able to utilize 'subject to' financing for the purchase and PML for the rehab. This was our 1st attempt at a lower end home in a high rental/ 'problem ' area. Repairs were mainly cosmetic (paint, carpet, etc.) although we were able to do a new kitchen and update the bathrooms. We pre-marketed and sold this home at the open house for $1000 over asking and all cash offer. Buyers loved the home! Win-Win!
