This historic home was listed on the MLS for many months due to the dilapidated conditions and decades of neglect. With original woodwork still in place, we saw huge potential to restore this beauty and with the high traffic location, we saw a large possibility for marketing! we did go a little above and beyond because of the marketing aspect. we did all new siding, kitchen with quartz counter-tops, and updated the bathrooms. We also added all new electrical and HVAC throughout. The end result was spectacular and we sold this through our realtor flyer pre-marketing. Although we did not make our target profit, the marketing was invaluable and led to a realtor partnership with access to the MLS, (possibly PML's) and a preferred buyer club list. This rehab was the talk of the town!
