This is a property we purchased on an auction site, Being a licensed broker I was able to bid many times till they accepted my offer, We even received a $5,900 check at closing for the commission. It was a bank foreclosure and sat vacant for nearly 3 years. We had to have some extensive mold remediation done, replaced some of the damaged walls, replaced the HVAC, new kitchen, baths etc.. This is by far the largest rehab we have done to date. The rehab took 3 months. We listed it on the MLS and sold it in 3 weeks to a cash buyer
