This property was an agent referral foreclosure spilled-level. We purchased it for 80k. Renovated it for 35k and sold for 170k. 335 Janet was the eyesore of the neighborhood where the previous owner let a couple of giant dogs use it as a dog house and destroyed the interior. LOTS OF PEE! We opened up the floor plan by creating a great room on the 2nd level. Add a 60' case opening to 1st level. Then the yard was overgrown with kudzu and had many rotten stumps scattered over the yard. Cleaned all of this up and gave the new homeowner a fully renovated home. One that also made the neighbors happy to see renovated.
How did the FortuneBuilders team and resources help you to accomplish this deal?
I'm sure many mistakes were not made due to the training we attained. I avoided a couple of bad contractors and gained a couple as well. With these contractors we gain, we are now creating a construction company.
