We found this deal through HomeTrust Wholesalers - closed on August 28th. Our DP was funded by the other company we own via business loan to our RE investment company. The remainder was a hard money loan from Cost Fund 1 in Denver. We were connected to this company via our Mortgage Broker from Phoenix where we lived for 18 years. Repairs were funded via zero % credit cards and a business line of credit through our other company. We installed all new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint, doors and appliances plus a brand new roof after the most recent hail storm! Made some great connections through our Realtor & other friends for contractors. House was listed Nov. 30th. Showings started on Dec. 1st. By Dec 2nd we had 5 offers at list price & 1 over. We are UC as of Dec.3.
