rehab DEAL

Ronald Eicholtz

C&R Home Buyers, LLC. in Washington Crossing, PA
Ronald Eicholtz with Cheryl Eicholtz

This property was a reverse mortgage MLS deal. We personally funded this property as the profit was tight to use hard money. This was a 1,200 sq. ft. property in the original 1950's condition which we expanded to 2,400 sq. ft with 4 Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths. Everything is new including new roof, siding, double hung windows, new HVAC / Central Air system, appliances, 200 amp electric, plumbing, kitchen cabinets, counters, lighting, carpet, baths, exterior/interior doors, hardware, and a double-wide asphalt driveway. This was a 3-month project and was quite challenging as we added the second story while managing a front exterior wall which was bowed. We sold this home through our realtor within one week of listing and for the full asking price.
