This deal was found by another wholesaler/investor in our area. We were offered by that investor to JV on the deal and split the profits. We agreed to JV with him, where he would handle the purchase, and we would handle the rehab. For our first flip we felt that it would be good practice to take on a rehab as a JV and learn as much as we could from it. rnrnIt was a full rehab at about $50,000 in repairs. We replaced the roof and did an entire interior remodel.
