This unique situation involved creating and selling Notes. We bought this property from a tax forfeit sell in Oct of 2017. We created a lease purchase contract and seller financed to a fixer upper for $750 down and $305 a month for 60 months. After the Home buyer made 14 months of good payments we found a note buyer to pay cash for the mortgage contract at 55% of the contract price. In essence, we became the bank!
