Just because this is a great real estate investing marketing opportunity doesn’t mean that investors shouldn’t be taking some much needed time off on Thanksgiving Day to give thanks, relax, enjoy the fruits of their work and spend quality time with family. Don’t be a scrooge here and recognize that this is likely a lot cheaper than giving an ongoing hourly raise or significant cash bonus at the end of the year.

This is a pivotal opportunity for setting up your real estate investing success for the rest of the year, so don’t blow it.
