Focus Area #1: Case study of how we grew our Real Estate Office over the past 8 years
I am going to start the webinar off by going through a very detailed case study of how our office has grown employee wise over the past 8 years from when we started the business back in 2003 to now. I will basically give you a roadmap for your own business growth that you can follow as I go through how we found talented employees, how we compensate them, and what roles and responsibilities each of them has had over the years. I will discuss very creative ways to get people to work for you only on commission so you don’t have to take on the extra overhead. When you are done going through this section you will have a vision of exactly what your business can look like in the next 6 to 12 months and more importantly how much more money you could be making.
Focus Area #2: Creating Systems so You Are More Efficient with Your Time
Most Real Estate investors WASTE a TON of time on activities that don’t directly produce revenue. I will discuss what systems we created over the years that have saved us the most time and allowed us to do more deals and as a result make more money. So many new investors have no idea how much money they are losing, (or not making) by not being efficient with their time.
This will be an eye opening webinar because how much money you make and your overall quality of life will be determined by the effectiveness of the individual systems you set up in your business. In this session I will break down all the different systems you need and more importantly how to set up an effective system for different areas of your business.
Focus Area # 3: Example Business Models of our Most Successful Students
Lastly, I am going to break down two other business models, besides my own, of three of our most successful coaching students. This will give you a great look at how other people run their Real Estate businesses. Each of these students lives in a different area of the country, has a different number of employees, and have business models that look a little different. This will give you a totally different perspective on different Real Estate business models that will work for you!
