Neil vs. Lance
Lance Armstong hit the news recently for finally folding to doping charges which are likely to lead to him being stripped of 7 Tour de France titles and years and years of hard work. Of course this will also mean significant monetary losses but perhaps worst of all losing face in front of his family. Regardless of the validation of the charges his kids will always be the ones who dad “cheated”.
There are many real estate investing paths that can turn you into a temporary ‘star’, can put millions into your bank account, make you feel like a celeb and can fund plenty of toys and potentially even help you do a lot of good. Unfortunately if it involves cheating, no matter the reasons or any good, it will all be wasted once discovered and it won’t be worth it.

Then we have Neil Armstong, first man to walk on the moon, taking one small step but one large leap for us all. He passed away on August 25th, 2012.
What can we learn from Neil? Lead, go big at whatever you are doing, innovate and use the latest technology.
You won’t just win in terms of a bigger bank balance and more fame or bragging rights over your competitors but can truly create a legacy which inspires generations of others and will last a lot longer than you can enjoy the cash or even a cherry red new Ferrari.
