LAS VEGAS, Dec. 8, 2016 — FortuneBuilders, the nation’s premier real estate investing education and business development company, hosted its largest real estate conference in Las Vegas, NV this past weekend from Friday, Dec. 2 to Sunday, Dec. 4. The event, Real Estate Ignite, welcomed over 4,000 attendees in its third year of hosting; a significant increase from the first event of almost 500 guests in 2014.
Real Estate Ignite was established to provide FortuneBuilders students, along with their friends, families and business partners, the opportunity to broaden their understanding of current investing strategies and the resources to help advance their careers in real estate. The 3-day conference incorporated a mix of presentations given by expert speakers, the chance for students to network, and a deeper look into the real estate industry, including best practices in relation to marketing, financing, investment strategies, business management and leadership.
“Helping our students fulfill their potential and reach their goals is what FortuneBuilders is all about. When this event was initially conceived, we were hopeful it would reinspire our students to continue their entrepreneurial journeys, and we are thrilled with the rate at which it has grown,” said Than Merrill, CEO and founder of FortuneBuilders. “Ignite provides a great opportunity for us to assist students in successfully building their real estate portfolios, while also getting the chance to connect with them on a personal level.”
The conference featured more than 60 educational sessions and professional panels. Than Merrill, and FortuneBuilders co-founders Paul Esajian and Konrad Sopielnikow, shared their breadth of knowledge with conference attendees, drawing upon their personal experience as seasoned investors. Other notable speakers included JD Esajian, President of CT Homes, Andy Tanner, best-selling author and stock investing expert, and Chris Robinson, certified John Maxwell speaker, coach and trainer. Moving into its fourth year, Real Estate Ignite is slated to grow at an astounding rate and anticipates another substantial increase in the number of attendees in 2017.
