There is no question that there are few if any other paths which can produce as much money as quickly as real estate investing or which can be grown so fast. Burning out doing 100 hours a week with no vacation days and multi-tasking your fingers off is so last millennia. The science and extensive testing has consistently proven that is doesn’t automatically translate into more money either.

Instead look for sources of advanced real estate education, take plenty of time off, focus on quality work and product and ensure you are building a scalable business.
