Remove kitchen appliances, flooring, light fixtures, wallpaper, outlets and switches. Demo the entire kitchen - including the wall between the kitchen and living room. Install water line for refrigerator (regardless of fridge type). Install new cabinets and countertops. Install new backsplash field tile with complimentary backsplash accent tile. Install new appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range and island hood. Install new sink with faucet and garbage disposal. Install recessed lighting and run the hardwood flooring into the kitchen. Paint according to the color scheme and replace switches and outlets. Install new baseboard.
