Remove kitchen appliances, light fixtures, wallpaper, outlets and switches. Demo the kitchen countertop and backsplash, but keep the cabinets in tact, as they will be reused. Remove the desk in the corner of the kitchen. Repurpose kitchen cabinets (sand, clean, prime and paint white). Replace patterned glass on cabinet doors with clear glass panels and install brushed nickel hardware on all doors and drawers. Install new appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. Install backsplash tile and new countertop. Install new sink with faucet and garbage disposal. Check all can lights to ensure proper cleanliness and functionality. Buff existing floor with high sheen finish, and seal grout. Paint according to the color scheme and replace switches and outlets.
