Remove kitchen appliances, light fixtures, wallpaper, outlets and switches. Demo kitchen countertops and backsplash. Do not damage the cabinets, as they are to be reused. Clean and varnish the kitchen cabinets. Install new appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. Install backsplash tile and new countertop. Install new sink with faucet and garbage disposal. Install new butcher block island top. Build a new cabinet to go over the stove and install a new micro hood. Paint according to the color scheme and replace switches and outlets.
