Remove kitchen appliances, flooring, light fixtures, wallpaper, outlets and switches. Demo entire kitchen - including the wall dividing the kitchen from the dining room, as to create an open concept and breakfast bar. Install new appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. Install new kitchen cabinets and countertops with corresponding accent tile backsplash. Install engineered hardwood flooring throughout the entire kitchen. Install new sink with faucet and garbage disposal. Instal four recessed lights. Paint according to the color scheme and replace switches and outlets.
