Demo entire kitchen (except the cabinets) and remove the appliances. Remove flooring, light fixtures, switches and outlets. Sand and refinish the existing kitchen cabinets. Install new appliances, backsplash and countertops. Install undermount sink with garbage disposal and pull-out faucet. Install recessed can light fixtures and run the laminate flooring through the entire kitchen. Replace switches and outlets.
