Where is the event taking place?

Where and when will event check-in take place?

  • Check-in will begin at 8:00am Thursday morning at the Hilton outside of the Pavillion.

Optional Meditation Session:

  • Clear your head, release stress and expand your creative brain with a complimentary meditation session from 8:30am – 9:00am before class begins!

What should I bring?

  • Be sure to bring a light jacket or sweater, as the event room can be cool.
  • REMINDER: Please wear gym clothes (or other comfortable clothing) and bring a towel to partake in team challenges.
  • You will be receiving a new event manual in your event room.

How does parking work?

  • Complimentary day of event parking for event guests.

Where is the closest airport?

  • San Diego International Airport (SAN) is the closest airport. Taxis and ride share services such as Lyft and Uber are available for transportation to and from the airport.

What time will class be?

  • Class begins at 9am and will end at approximately 5pm.
