Where and when will event check-in take place?

  • Check-in will begin at 8:30am Friday morning and take place at the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa.

What should I bring?

  • Be sure to bring a light jacket or sweater, as the event rooms can be cool.
  • You will be receiving a new event manual in your event room.

Where is the closest airport?

  • San Diego International Airport (SAN) is 6 miles from the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa. Taxis and ride share services such as Lyft and Uber are available from the airport.

When is the bus tour?

The bus tour will be taking place Saturday morning, and you will meet for the tour at the Hilton. Please dress appropriately with closed toe shoes as we will be touring active construction sites.

How does parking work?

  • Parking is complimentary at the Hilton.

What time will class be each day?

  • Class begins at 9am each day and will end at approximately 5pm.

How do I cancel my registration?
