Where is the event taking place?

Where and when will event check-in take place?

  • Check-in will begin at 8:30am Friday morning at the Hyatt outside of the Palm Ballroom.

What should I bring?

  • Be sure to bring a light jacket or sweater, as the event rooms can be cool.
  • You will be receiving a new event manual in your event room.

When is the bus tour?

  • The bus tour will take place Saturday from 9:00AM – 12:00PM, leaving from the Hyatt. We will be returning to the classroom after the tour.

How does parking work?

  • Day-of-event self-parking is complimentary for event guests.
  • Overnight self/valet parking is $38.

Where is the closest airport?

  • San Diego International Airport (SAN) is the closest airport. Taxis and rideshare services such as Lyft and Uber are available for transportation to and from the airport.

What time will class be each day?

  • Class begins at 9:00am each day and will end at approximately 5:00pm.

Where can I grab lunch or dinner?

  • There are many restaurants near the Hyatt. You can view a map of local restaurants HERE.
