This property was listed on the MLS. Our initial offer got rejected and we used the follow-up system and 30 days later, our offer was accepted at a lower price than we originally submitted at. We funded the deal using Hard Money and Private Money. The property had a great view from the front yard so we capitalized off of that and gated the front courtyard and added a fire pit and seating so the new home owner could enjoy the view. Inside we reframed the kitchen to be larger and more open, added new cabinets, flooring, paint, garage door and completely remodeled the bathrooms.
